    for sorting issue in dedicated SQL Pool 

    There is no current resolution available in dedicated SQL pool, which has to be have a collation like MySQL’s utf8_general_ci.

    It is a request to Microsoft product team to look after this sorting issue and include a collation in future releases which will work like MySQL’s utf8_general_ci, it helps to migrate MySQL OLAP and OLTP database in dedicated SQL pool / Azure SQL Server.

    Will you also migrate feature requests from the intermediate solution (Synapse forum on Microsoft Q&A) to the new system, when it is ready?
