Logging Firewalls and virtual networks traffic

When Azure SQL Auditing is enabled, will this capture network traffic for any IPs that have been configured for access in the Firewalls and virtual networks traffic section?

I'd like to see any allow or deny traffic logs for SQL servers that have an ACL defined.
