Azure Data Studio has introduced query plan viewer functionality within the core application – you no longer need to install an extension to view and analyze plans. In this Data Exposed session with Anna Hoffman and Erin Stellato, we’ll explore this new functionality that goes beyond viewing and saving plans. You now have the ability to see the top operations in list format, identify the most expensive operator in the plan, and compare two execution plans to easily identify differences.
