All our back end services are healthy now. The monitoring issue for Application insights has been resolved.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to backend service becoming unhealthy.

We understand that customers rely on Application Insights as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.

Root cause has been isolated to one of the backend services becoming unhealthy which is impacting internal monitoring. To address this issue we are rolling back the backend service to latest healthy version. The roll back is still in progress.
