We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 05/13, 07:07 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 05/13, 06:45 UTC and that during the 22 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some of customers might have experienced intermittent failures for ingestion in West Europe region.
