We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 02/22, 00:45 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 02/21, 22:00 UTC and that during the 02 hours and 45 minutes  that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced intermittent metric data gaps and incorrect metric alert activation in Switzerland North.
