We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 02/08, 09:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 02/08, 08:00 UTC and that during the 1 hour that it took to resolve the issue some customers may experience data access issue and issues with missed or delayed Log Search alerts in East US region
- Root Cause: The failure was due to issue in one of our backend service.
