We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 5/6, 20:15 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 5/6, 15:20 UTC and that during the 5 hours that it took to resolve the issue customers experienced intermittent data access issues with Live Metrics.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to particularly high usage tied to one of the back-end systems.
