Hi Karl, there are hundreds of thousands of applications that use a hardware key whose manufacturer claims that communication with a key server works through MailSlot. Take a look at this:

I guess the manufacturer will soon offer a solution, but in the meantime, it seems to be a very important dependency of MailSlot.
