Need Information db-300 certification

I am new member and interested in database cloud certification .I have little bit experience in MSSQL 

now i want to get certification in Relational Cloud database Administrator . I want to get certification db300 but do not find prerequisite of this course .IS db900 is Prerequisites of db300.

please update me and share compete plane of db300 certifications.
