Azure storage explorer issue

I created a conditional access policy saying non-compliant application or device cannot access to cloud resources

today, when I tried to login the client application of azure storage explorer, it prompted a login windows asking me to input account and password, after that, I encountered the error like attached screenshot

I found azure storage explorer used Chrome 80 as web framework while prompting the login page, Chrome 80 might be treated as non-complaint application by conditional access policy, so I was blocked 

did anyone encounter this issue?
