Stefan_Spinnler No, it's no stupid question! I tried this yesterday actually, for our IT Service Desk Announcement, however, the format of this email is completely different than the original email that is being sent for this 'news for email' item.
The original email carries the complete text of the announcement, in a specific formatting (including the header image of the news item).
The one you highlighted only carries a summary + a thumbnail image.
At least: in our tenant; I'm just thinking: is it in your tenant different maybe..?
