another: can you finally fix annoying popup for translatation? translate button is enough... no need for the annoying popup on every page...

some extensions from chrome store cannot be installed, need to install them in chrome, and after that i can install unpacked in edge dev/beta... and what is the point to pack extensions, and can't install them after packaging?
