"History"-"All" is not only for closed tabs? There are all pages that I visited, and in "recently closed" there are only pages that I closed. Ok, that's make sense, It's my mistake then. Thanks!

recently closed = pages you recently closed
all history = all history (pages you opened, closed, still open)
