Migration of on prem file server to Azure cloud. Trying to avoid domain authention

I currently have an on-prem environment. We are wanting to migrate to azure cloud. We have a file server on prem  that is running Linux Samba server to share files to users What are the bests way to migrate this to the Azure cloud environment . I do not want this to be part of a domain, I want it to be a file share. I am trying to avoid the users having to login to access the files. If there is not a way to avoid the login process can I keep a server on-prem and have the Azure cloud environment access the files thru the local environment firewall. Give me multiple ways to accomplish this task.
