Access Query The Not criteria is excluding blanks

Question

I have created a query that I want to include all records except those that are named Homeless. When I use&nbsp; Not "Homeless" in the criteria to exclude those records, it also excludes records that have no value in the name.&nbsp; What is the solution to this?&nbsp;

Not "Homeless" Or Is Null
&nbsp;
