Access Database Error 502753

I have installed Office 365. (Windows 10 1903)

After starting Access and creating a new database I get ---

A problem has occurred while communicating with Access with the OLE server or ActiveX control.
Error number 502753

MS support said I should
C:\users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Access\DatabaseCache\15.0\delete appname on server.accdb

No Access can be found under C:\users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\

MS Support referred me here.

How can I fix this error?

I cannot use Access. Word Outlook work

Unfortunately, we can't see the actual accdb or any of the objects in it, so we can't identify the ActiveX control or OLE server object involved. If you can provide a sample copy of this accdb, we can possibly look into it.

While in a module, when you go to Tools/References, do you have the OLE Automation checked?

This problem occurred while Microsoft Access was communicating with the OLE server or ActiveX Control. Close the OLE server and restart it outside of Microsoft Access. Then try the original operation again in Microsoft Access.
