Good News: Microsoft PSTN Calling for France for SfB Online Cloud PBX is Generally Available!

Hello,
our company is located in Neuilly (Nearby Paris). This city is not (yet) on the list, so i have chosen two phone numbers from nearby cities (Nanterre & Boulogne-Billancourt) but none of them seem to be working.

Can you advice ? Thanks.

    We added a logic to check area code with postal code to adhere emergency calling scenarios. If you could send us an email skypeexp@microsoft.com with the support case details, we will check the reason for the failures.

    Hi Pierre, Sure, have you raised a support ticket on Office 365? https://portal.office.com/support/servicerequests.aspx Sometimes the numbers can take an hour or more to “become live” Can you make outbound calls? thanks

      I did it, but as France is somwhat in a kind of "intermediate" situation (the service a just been opened a few days ago) the service desk has not all the levers to solve quickly my issue.

        Hello,

        I was participating to the preview. Since the GA Ianted to assign new phone numbers and it always failed.

        Did this is due to restriction to preview participant that now need to order licences or is it an issue and I need to open a ticket.

        It said me:"The phone number selected failed to activate. Confirm that the emergency address is correct and try again or open a service request to get help with number activation."
