Microsoft
Is your SFB account name the same as your Exchange account name? If your Exchange account is different, please sign out of SFB Mac. In the sign-in screen, type in your Exchange UPN in the "Enter your User Name" field, the third input box in the screen.

Retraction: "
Calendar sync was working for me up until i decided to do a clean uninstall of SFB mac, remove all the folders listed in https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2691870/how-to-do-a-clean-uninstallation-of-lync-for-mac-2011 and https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3202833/how-to-do-a-clean-uninstallation-of-skype-for-business-on-mac then reinstall SFB Mac to try to resolve duplicate contacts with different statuses returned from contact search. And now my meetings tab is empty and i see the logs that you report seeing."My empty meetings tab in the SFB Mac app v16.3.240 was because we had disabled "AllowExchangeConnectivity" in the mobility policy which was still in effect because we hadn't applied the necessary CU.

Effectively, enabling "AllowExchangeConnectity" on the server side solved my issue.
Thanks for the tips
