Hello, I am using MS Lists. I have created folders and moved the list items into the relevant folders. Due to GDPR I only want to share certain information with specific people hence the folders, however I would still like to visualise all the data.
The issue is; when I share a folder ideally we would like the recipient to edit in grid view making it faster for them to fill in the cells/columns requested. I have tried to resolve this but can't quite get there!
Any help would be appreciated 🙂
