We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 10/24, 21:53 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 10/24, 21:44 UTC and that during the 9 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 3.7% of customers in the West US 2 region experienced query failures.
