We have been investigating moving our on-premise Xerox AltaLink copiers to Azure Universal Print but our users (40,000+) use some of the advanced features like SecurePrint, Print Quality, Finishing, and Faxing. When we move to Universal Print, none of these advanced features will work because the driver received by the client is Universal Print Class even though we have a V4 driver installed on the Print Connector server. I have a support case open with Xerox but they are insisting Microsoft must customize their driver to allow for these features. Can something be done to allow these advanced features using Universal Print. Thanks.
