Currently (correct me if I'm wrong) I only see Print Administrator and Printer Technician roles as assignable for Universal Print portal.
Print Administrator has too many rights and Printer Technician seems even too few for Help Desk to even say, clear a possibly "stuck" print job.
Additionally a Print Reporting role would be helpful for accounting/procurement folks - even Printer Technician can't run reports it seems.
If MS wants larger companies to adopt the solution, we'll need more flexible RBAC roles to work with, like in Intune.
