It would have been nice if we could setup Queue Management.
In this situation administrator will setup a policy like if total number of printing page is greater than <number> then for new printing jobs send them to another printer and it is possible to group printers like Printer A , B, C and consider we have set print over 100 pages and in this case, it will check Printer B and C and send new jobs to the printer which has less jobs and if they are both empty assign them to one of them. It is also possible for administrator to set priority.
