Can we use universal printer configuration in Windows autopilot deployment (Cloud print configurations)

What you described, is exactly what we are looking for.
A way to deploy the UP printers throught the AutoPilot Profile or Intune Policy.

I think the you are asking for:

Assigning licenses to users

Intune policy for provisioning printers to clients

This way when the end-user goes through OOBE using the ‘Autopilot’ OS image, the machine is all ready for use.
