Currently, Print Share access control provides two options: "Allow access to everyone in my organization" and "+ Add" group. Based on organizational needs, it would be beneficial to have an "Exclude group" option. This capability would provide additional flexibility and help avoid potential issues related to dynamic Entra ID group performance. Intune already provides similar functionality and it would be beneficial to have comparable support in Universal Print.
