Add Location information to installed printer queue on Windows 10

Once a printer has been installed, clicking %Printername% -> Manage -> Printer Properties, the Location field is blank.

This should be populated with the same variables as has been set in the Universal Print Portal -> Printers -> %Printername% -> Printer Properties -> Location Properties.

For example: [Country or Region] -> [Organization] -> [Site] -> [Building] -> [Floor] -> [Room]
