I have clients rebooking sessions that suit them, but clash with my calendar... the other issue is that if a client makes a late change booking, then I am missing out on booking that time with another prospect... impacts revenue.
the logging in to do this on a case by case basis is an administrative bourdon... especially if you have multiple services offered and individual booking links for each.
