Pre-selection of the next available offer date is a much-needed and silly missing feature from a user experience point of view. We have been experiencing an extremely high number of complaints due to this unfriendly approach to showing the available dates. There are considerations to move out of this system for a much better user-friendly experience. There is very little customization possible on this M365 booking system.
Similar concerns were raised by many users in the community and it didn't seem to get the needed attention by Microsoft Booking System developers. Please could you get this fixed asap.
