Backward Compatibility and the AppXManifest Schema Sets

We had to cancel/delay a feature in Advanced Installer because this info was not available. We practically wanted to build a validation/notification engine to inform users what OS they could target based on the package contents.

Any improvements in this area are more than welcome.
