Word JS API - Add ability to update table of contents and other fields programmatically

Hi,

I'm working on an Office JS Word add-in which deletes sections from a document. When sections are deleted, I want to be able to update the table of contents to reflect the changes automatically, so that the user is not forced to do so themselves. This is something that's easily achievable in VBA. Are there any plans to introduce this functionality to the Word JS API in the near future?
