wish to automate linking call/meetings held on teams to a CRM

wish to automate linking call/meetings held on teams to a CRM. im troubling to do so and have read multiple sources that there is a problem or it has not been added. i need the time of the calls so i can add them to the correct person in the CRM-system.

first attempt was with ms-graph and the callRecord namespace.
second attempt was with call quality dashboard and powerBI.
third attempt was with teams admin account.
