We are modernizing our PowerPoint VBA add-in to Office.js. In our VBA add-in, we are able to ungroup all grouped objects in a PowerPoint file.
We have explored the https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/javascript/api/powerpoint/powerpoint.shapegroup?view=powerpoint-js-preview#powerpoint-powerpoint-shapegroup-ungroup-member(1) preview feature and it meets our needs. We would like for this preview feature to be kept and moved to production.

This is possible from version 1.8 of the PowerPoint API.
you can get the group and call `ungroup()` to ungroup the group.
