We are trying to capture the time spent on all emails(read mode) by using the outlook web based add-In TaskPane capablity. but when user inactive on outlook mail, we are not able to track idle time.
In case of COM based add-ins (VSTO) we can handle the Inspector.Activate and Inspector.Deactivate events for the inspector windows in Outlook.
but OfficeJS doesn't provide any events for that.
We also looking for this for our feature implementation. It would be good if there is an update on this as well. Thanks.
