Time Zone in Contact's Profile / view when scheduling

I collaborate with people in Europe who are not part of my Microsoft organization. It would be really helpful if I could put their timezone in their contact profile, and when I add them to an event, it tells me their timezone for scheduling.

This process is in place for organization contacts. Scheduling time-zone differences with non-organization contacts would also save me a lot of time and mental calculation.
