Support interactive Content Add In in Powerpoint Presenter View

Content Add Ins (office.js) are great to present Individual content in PowerPoint.
To benefit even more add the possibility to use the Content add ins interactivity in Presenter View which means you have kind a "remote control" for the Content which you are presenting.

The Presenter view already reacts on some media interactions like starting/stopping.
The content add in should also get clicks and keyboard input.

The laser pointer and drawing tools do not work with office add ins - the add in is always top most and all drawing and pointing is below.

At the moment click or keyboard input switch to next slide.

This input should go to content add in to support a similar behavior

as other embedded media e.g. start/stop a media file in PowerPoint.

I also recognized that laser pointer and pen will not work on office.js content add ins in PowerPoint. The add in is always top most - the mouse pointer etc. is below.
