Support for modal dialog for Outlook Event-Based Add-ins

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/javascript/api/outlook/office.notificationmessages?view=outlook-js-preview of type InsightMessage has low visibility and in many cases these notification would not be seen by the user.

I think using the displayDialogAsync API would be more efficient for displaying notifications to the user.
