Support adding reactions to Teams messages via Graph

This is a simple requirement to allow the reactions object of existing messages to be patched.

The endpoint for https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/chatmessage-update?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http only supports the policyViolation property.

Extending this to allow the Reactions property to be updated as per the http:// https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/chatmessagereaction?view=graph-rest-1.0   object would be really useful.
