Show us busy in the Calendar on the Public holiday days

We have international colleagues and when they would like to send an invite they are checking our calendars but they see our calendars as free in public holidays and they send invitations for these days. My recommendation is if ur calendars seems automatically busy in the local public holidays it will prevent them to send us invitations in public holidays.
