Shared or Group Access to Actionable Email Developer Dashboard

This is specifically in regards to group or shared access to the Actionable Email Developer Dashboard

I've searched high and low, but have not yet been able to locate any references regarding security settings of this dashboard. We had a developer create and submit multiple Publishers on this dashboard. That developer had since moved to another position and we didn't realize, until later, that the approved publishers were account-specific. This seems strange, as we're utilizing these publishers for (AdaptiveCard) actionable emails within the organization.

Are there plans to add functionality to allow multiple users to create, submit and modify publishers within this dashboard? If not, please add in group management!
