The current JS API for PowerPoint does not allow to set the grid spacing. It would be nice to extend the current PowerPoint API to get more valuable features like we have when using VBA or VSTO. Due to limited scope of API functionality it is not possible to transfer all VSTO functionalities to an Office-Add-In.
