There are no way to Manage the O365 ticket programmatically, REST API to manage O365 ticket with the below option will be really helpful.
1.Get details of already created tickets.
2.Create ticket.
3.Update tickets.

Any chance this can be put in place? would be extremely useful from a MSP perspective and allow integration with itsm.
