This feature comes from someone in Instructional Design although as more people work at home, I hope this will catch more support as I believe it's a small request that can go a long way.
Problem: The Export -> Create Handouts in PowerPoint is due for a revamp.
- You can export slides with notes or blank lines to Word, but not both.
- The slides are too large for the modern minimalist design aethetic where most important context is in the notes and not on the slide
Solution: Add adjustable paremeters and a OneNote option.
- When creating handouts, the option of slides, notes, and blank lines. With more layout options depending on the previous selection. e.g. if all three (slides, notes, and blank lines) are selected I should see layouts that best display these. With an adjustable parameter for slide size.
- Exporting to OneNote. I believe the current page layout of Notes below slide would work best.
Thanks for the consideration MS team.
