PowerPoint doesn't have any APIs for interacting with charts and chart data. Excel on the other hand seem to have APIs that expose every detail for charts. Charts is a significant part of a strong business story telling in PowerPoint and it is also an area that would benefit from some additional add-in features to complement the native capabilities for charting. Please provide APIs for charts, chart elements and chart data.

This is a key capability that should be exposed in the Office JS API. Especially, corporate accounts that rely on up-to-date PowerPoint slides (tables & charts). The ability to access the temporary "Excel grid" that populates the chart data would be a significant improvement.
