Power automate flow mobile outlook app view error

Hey,

hope all are good doing,

i have one issue, whenever i received mail for approval by power automate flow in my mobile outlook app, it showing as i attached pic. PC view is ok but mobile app view is showing double. please see pic and reply if any expert have suggestion.
