In the classic Outlook I can drag and drop email attachments. This is the fastest way to move attachments right into web apps without having to save them locally first into Downloads folder.
In the new Outlook Monarch this is no longer possible, I have to download attachments first, then upload them to the web app and then deleting them to not clutter my Downloads folder.
