Outlook Addin currently does not support Clipboard API, because containing iframe does not have appropriate permissions. Currently the only other option to copy text is to use deprecated document.exe...
Been 3 years since the github issue was reported and Microsoft is sleeping on a basic 2 word fix. Shameful!
