If you directly use File > Open to open a document with unreadable content in Word, you'll get a dialog asking if you want to open the document.
However, if you open the document with the `https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/javascript/api/word/word.application?view=word-js-preview#word-word-application-createdocument-member(1)` it just fails to open.
It would be very useful to bring this dialog up when using the API to open documents.
