[Office.js Add-in] Add functionality to set LinkToPrevious to Word Header/Footer sections

Hi there,

Please add functionality to get/set the "Link To Previous" to header/footer sections

I see that it is possible in Office VBA Add-in but not in Office.js see link:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office/vba/api/Word.HeaderFooter.LinkToPrevious

It will be nice to have this missing functionality also in Office.js!
