OWA and new Outlook app does not allow to open addin when multiple emails are selected in case when we use SupportsNoItemContext. Icon on ribbon is missing.
Please add icon on ribbon or make it work like SupportsMultiSelect:

I'm struggling with this same issue. I feel this is more a bug with Select Multiple implementation that requesting a new feature.
